We promise not to pass on any of your information to anyone else and to use your personal information only for the purpose you gave it to us. We will protect your information and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your information will not be disclosed to any unauthorised person or organisation. We do not share your details with other persons or companies, with the exception of our designated courier company who will be given only the specific personal information required to make the delivery. You can edit or delete your details on our database at any time online or by simply contact us.
2. Mail / E-Mail Policy
We only send you mail or will only e-mail you if you want us to. We will not send unsolicited mail or e-mails. We do not disclose your personal details and/or your e-mail address to third parties. If you have subscribed to our e-newsletter, you will find an "Unsubscribe" button on each of these e-newsletters. This will remove your e-mail address from our mailing list and you will no longer receive our e-newsletter. If you unsubscribe you will still receive e-mails specifically related to your online orders. You can, at any time, re-subscribe to our e-newsletter by subscribing on our weatherstation.co.nz website.
3. Shopping Policy
This site and its content is made available for the purpose of shopping online. By ordering a product on this website, you agree to pay for the products ordered at the purchase price confirmed in the order confirmation e-mail you will receive from us after placing your order on our website. The price on our order confirmation e-mail will be calculated as follows :
+ Product price as displayed at the time of order (incl GST)
+ Courier charges (if applicable)
- any discounts (promotional discounts, etc.)
= Purchase price confirmed by order confirmation e-mail.
Weatherstation.co.nz is a trading division of Tika Marketing NZ Ltd in Matakana. Together with your delivery, you will receive a Tax invoice issued by Outside Inside NZ Ltd showing the product price, delivery charges (if any) and discounts (if any).
4. Money-back Guarantee
You can return any product you have purchased from our website for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, no matter what the reason. The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging and invoice. Please also include your bank details and reconfirm your address details for the refund. If you would like to upgrade your product, we will credit 100% of the payment towards the new product of higher value within 33 days of the purchase. In this case, you should still return the original purchased product in its original condition with packaging and invoice.
5. Warranties
Our products come with a 1 year warranty. Please keep the tax invoice you will receive with your delivery as proof of purchase.
6. Delivery
Delivery is free of charge within New Zealand for purchase amounts of NZD 200 or greater. For other purchases, the delivery charge is calculated on the weight of the delivery. You will see the full delivery charge before completing your purchase. The anticipated delivery time will be 2-3 working days after receipt of your payment unless an item ordered is out of stock in which case you will be notified of the expected additional delay within the usual expected delivery time. Please note that we use Fastway Couriers as our preferred courier company. Fastway Couriers does not provide an overnight delivery service to the South Island. If you are intereseted in overnight delivery to a South Island address please contact us for a quote using CourierPost.
On occasion not all items ordered will be available in stock: We will, at our discretion, deliver the goods available at the time and the rest as soon as they become available. We will keep you informed about the expected delivery time of the missing item.
