Shipping FAQ's

What will shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on what you are ordering and where you are getting your order delivered  to.  

Once you provide this information, during the check out process, your actual shipping costs will be calculated and if happy with them you can proceed to payment.

Which courier company do you use for deliveries?

We use a combination of NZ Couriers and PostHaste for all NZ deliveries. 

How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?

Once your order is received we are usually able to dispatch the same business day or the next business day, assuming your goods are in stock. Delivery times then depend on where you are shipping to.

Please note the couriers we use do not operate over the weekends.

 In general:

Auckland - usually overnight but can be up to 2 business days and an additional 2 -4 days for Rural Delivery.

North Island excluding Auckland - 2 business days and an additional 2-4 days for Rural Delivery.

South Island - 2 business days and an additional 2-4 days for Rural Delivery.

If you require faster delivery than this please contact us or if Rural Delivery you can direct delivery to your closest non-RD address.

How do I get courier track & trace details?

Courier track & trace details are automatically emailed each day upon dispatch. If you do not receive the email please check your spam folder and that the email address you have given is correct.  

What happens if my goods are damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event your goods are damaged by the courier, please notify us immediately so that we can remedy the situation.

What happens if my goods don't turn up.

In the very unlikely event your goods get stolen or lost within the courier system please contact us as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation. 

Is a signature required upon delivery?

A signature is required upon delivery, unless specified otherwise or you are delivering to a rural delivery address.
